Terms of service

You own what you post. By publishing a project, updates, or milestones you make them public and let others view and follow them. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t post anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Milestones are founder-declared and show progress only — they don’t earn or trigger anything automatically. Entering a season and any selection within it are entirely at AngelRun’s discretion. Any prize, investment, introduction, or demo-day spotlight happens off-platform. Nothing on AngelRun is a guarantee of investment, and AngelRun does not provide financial or investment advice.

Keep your account secure and you’re responsible for activity under it. Don’t misuse the platform — no spam, scraping, automated abuse, or impersonation. In particular, don’t use AngelRun’s name, or the name of any judge, partner, or investor featured here, to raise money, solicit investment, or imply an endorsement off-platform.

You can report a project, update, or account that breaks these terms. AngelRun may review reports and, at its discretion, hide or remove content or accounts that violate these terms — this is separate from and does not create any obligation to review or act on any particular report.

AngelRun is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or pause features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, AngelRun isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the current terms.
